M14
Stocks
People ask about our stocks: "Are they complete?"
"Do they have all the metal?"
"Do they come with buttplates?" The answer to all these questions is a big
YES!!
All stocks in our ad are USGI M14 Rifle Stocks, with selector cutout
(we fill them on the camos)
Excellent or better - except most "Big Reds", all synthetics, and most E2's -
have DOD cartouche and Proof "P" ALL stocks have ALL metal, and original
GI buttplates.
Unless otherwise indicated, buttplate condition, since ANY use usually results in
finish wear on the buttplate, is not factored into the grading.

Alert! Read this before ordering! Alert!
Fred is continuing his earlier announced plans to retire, starting this year to cut back, and prob continuing into next year.
Thank you for your patience in waiting for your orders. If you ordered, and if you entered a valid CC (ie, not a wrong number or maxed out one), your order will be heading your way.
Despite being the country's largest dealer in M14 rifle stocks, Fred's is very much a home-grown and -run entity.
What it means for you is that whenever there's more orders or less people working to fill them, shipment of any particular order slows down.
You should be aware of this before you order and if speed is of the essence, either tell us or order somewhere else.
Don't think you will get the selection you get at Fred's, but it does take TIME...
Simple orders for targets and books usually ship pretty fast.
Some stocks ship fast - but most stocks take time to select and ship much slower. Be prepared to be patient.
We do not charge your card until the order is ready to ship, but sometimes the card gets charged, and there is a delay - usually because Fred is unhappy with the first stock and wants to find a better one. Or it could be he thought he could lay his hands on the stock, but meantime it 'disappeared' in the warehouse (it's a big warehouse, and things happen...)
First thing, if your order takes over a week (allow more time if you're west of the Mississippi, of course) is to check and see if your credit card has been charged. If it has not been, could be you typoed when you entered it - can't charge at this end if the CC is not correct. Or - hate to say it - your card is 'maxed out' and can't stand any more charges (believe it - it happens).
So 1) be patient; 2) if it takes too long, see if your card has been charged - if it has your order WILL be shipped, and 3) if your card has not been charged, see if you are over the limit - or call the warehouse (929-663-2027) to see if we have the correct CC number.
On top of that, Fred has a heavy schedule with the Appleseed program, so stocks he has to pick can take a considerable time. If you don't want to wait, we understand, and ask that you not make an order you will be unhappy with, simply because it does not arrive in a week.
This last summer, a number of things came together that messed up our shipping schedules, and some orders took over a month to ship out, and some went out in a day or so (usually, targets and books).
There were a number of problems that caused it: personnel turnover, hot weather that slowed down activity, you name it, it probably happened...
We are about to catch back up and hope to stay current (current, at least by our definition). No one at Fred's wants unhappy customers...
Presentation Grade
The BEST you find - and HARD to find - stocks from rifles that were apparently NEVER out of the original box from the day they were first shipped. Metal matches stock. These are as near perfect as you will find. Usually even slower to ship because they are so hard to find, as there are not many of them to start with. So be patient, please!

Alert! Before You Order From This Website, READ THIS! - New Warehouse Hours! No Foreign Orders - Fred, busy with the Appleseed Nationwide Tour, cannot be at the warehouse as much as he might like - The best way to order is over our secure website (right here, where you are now), and your order should, if you are careful to enter your correct credit card number, ship in a few days - unless it is a stock, which is hand-selected, and can take much longer. If you need to make a telephone order, call warehouse at 919-663-2027 9AM-4PM EST - but only on Wednesdays! Thanks. Most items ship in 1-5 days, but stockc can take MUCH longer, especially if the stock is HTF [hard-to-find]. If you need the item by a date certain, please advise in the comments section of the order form, and we will try to ship earlier. STOCKS ARE ALL HAND-SELECT AND TAKE A LONG TIME TO SHIP - IF YOU ARE AN IMPATIENT PERSON, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - THANKS PLEASE NOTE MINIMUM ORDER, except for targets, is $25.00. Best to order thru the website for better tracking - please double check your CC# because one transposed or wrong number stops your order stone cold dead... Thanks, Fred

Big Red Walnut Presentation Grade - Comparable to the thicker birch stocks we refer to as Big Reds - which are noticeably thicker than standard stocks in the pistol grip area, and thereby favored by competition shooters - these walnuts were on production rifles, and have the rare (for these stocks) DoD and Circle-P-proofs. VERY hard to find in this condition. VERY few available. Buttplate matches stock, which appears unissued, and unused. |
$225.00 |
 |
Presentation Grade, Birch - Just like the Walnut Presentation Grade, these were taken off brand new rifles prior to destruction! Almost 50 years old, yet brand new! And not bad looking, ranging from medium brown to orange-brown to walnut-looking to almost black. A fine stock, better than walnut! |
$125.00 |
 |
Presentation Grade, Synthetic - SORRY, OUT OF STOCK (TEMPORARILY, I HOPE!) PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! The best of the As New synthetic stocks, almost perfect, with buttplate to match. SO HARD TO FIND, they come and go as to being-in-stock at any one time. Note: Not perfect, but not far from it, and the best you will find... |
$150.00 |
 |
Presentation Grade, Walnut - TEMP BACK IN STOCK! Imagine! Stocks produced for M14s nearly 50 years ago, but appear mint-unissued. Technically, they, like all our stocks, are used, but these look to have been taken off brand new M14s before they were chopped (NRA, where were you?!) - and you get the benefit, as it is an ill wind which blows no good! (But I would sure like a chance at that now long-gone rifle, and so would you!) PS: Sorry price is higher than SGN ad - price reflects fact we are running out of them, and SGN ad will be corrected as soon as possible. Thanks! |

H eavy Walnut As-New Stock, WITH DoD CARTOUCHE - bACK IN STOCK - BUT NOT MANY OF THEM... We have found a few of these stocks - thick in the pistol grip area, for guys with big hands (and match shooters like them, too)- but only a few. This is the stock that is the walnut equivalent of the extra-thick Big Red birch stocks we advertise. Extra-thick means MORE wood which means more strength, more stiffness, and, possibly, greater accuracy than the normal wood stock.
You NEVER find them with a cartouche. Until now. Courtesy of Fred going thru 150,000 stocks for you, a FEW turned up with the markings, to his suprise, as it indicates they were made during the regular M14 rifle production run(for who knows why?).
Here is your chance to get a RARE M14 stock, original nearly 50-yr old production, in As-New condition. At a way cheaper cost than a time machine! |
$150.00 |
 |
Original TRW-Indicated M14 Stock - TEMP OUT OF STOCK - DO NOT ORDER - ***SORRY, OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - WE WILL HAVE MORE IN THE FUTURE*** If you have ordered one, we will find you one - please be patient! TRW stocks are not specifically marked, but they have a flat P-proof, are generally slim in the forearm, and tend to be finished near-black in color. We will find you a stock with these TRW-maker characteristics, one just as fresh as the day it was made! Because they are not specifically marked, we cannot prove they are TRW, but they look like a duck, smell like a duck, and quack like a duck... And your rifle will definitely have the TRW look! PS: May be either birch or walnut, but since they all are so black they look alike, and it takes am expert like Fred to tell them apart, you will have the TRW-look, regardless of the type of wood the stock is made of. |

Presentation Grade Springfield Armory (the original one!) Walnut M14 Stock - SORRY, TEMP OUT OF STOCK! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! HOPE TO FIND SOME MORE IN THE FUTURE! An original "Springfield" stock just as new as if you took it out of the original box 5 minutes ago! It has the dimple ferrule staking, the serifed P-proof marking, and the rare satin, almost civilian-type finish characteristic of the very early Springfield and Winchester M14 stocks. Complete with original metal. Very few in stock! |
$250.00 |
 |
Presentation Grade Winchester Big Red Heavy Birch! - Rare as teeth on your pet chicken, with the W-W stamping deep and clear in the wood, visible on the hinge-side of the buttrap door after you open it, along with the military stock number. An excellent shooting stock, an excellent collectible stock, and an excellent-looking stock. Since these were mostly manufactured for replacement, none have the DoD or P markings. |
$250.00 |
 |
Presentation Grade Winchester Walnut M14 Stock - - An original nearly-50-yr-old GI Winchester stock just as new as if you took it out of the original box 5 minutes ago! It has the deep half-moon ferrule crimps, the serifed P-proof marking, the unique small circle and eagle stamp on the trigger guard inletting (this stamp is so small that it usually shows as a small circle only), and the rare satin, almost civilian-type finish characteristic of the very early Springfield and Winchester M14 stocks. Complete with original metal. |
$250.00 |
As New
Original DOD & proof markings from 1960-63 production. Just like they came out of the original packing box, with only minor storage marks! With matching "as new" metal and buttplate.

As New Birch M14 Rifle Stock with as-new metal, dinged! - TEMP OUT OF STOCK - DO NOT ORDER - TEMP OUT OF STOCK! (If you ordered one, we will get you one...) Get a complete set of AS-NEW metal, with an AS-NEW M14 birch rifle stock thrown in! The only catch: the stock will have major dings, some of which may not refinish out - but the stock will be 100% functional on a shooting rifle. Very limited quantity! Act before Fred wakes up and realizes what a give-away this is! Because the ding(s) you imagine are far worse than the dings these stocks will have. Get one, and you will shake you head - Fred thought this was a major ding? Good grief, an M14 stock nearly 50 years old, with ALL metal, unissued, for 50 bucks? Plus, the ONLY way to get a set of AS-NEW metal! |
$60.00 |
 |
As new Walnut M14 Rifle Stock, dinged - Never issued, as new as the day it came out of the original box - only, with one or more dings picked up in the demil process. Most will come out, but a few may not come completely out.
But you get an As New M14 Rifle Stock, nearly 50 years old, with all As New metal... |
$70.00 |
 |
As New, Big Red Birch - Extra thick match grade with military red-brown finish, issued as replacement stocks, so no DOD or P. What makes these stocks noteworthy, other than looks, is the extra heft of the strong birch, making them the strongest wood stock for the M14/M1A. Many competitive shooters like the thicker pistol grip while regular shooters like the macho John Wayne look of the stock. Named for Big Red, a bull I once knew who epitomized strength and toughness. |
$125.00 |
 |
As New, Birch - 20% stronger than walnut, can be quite showy, or can mimic walnut. Again, getting hard to find; a fine stock, better than walnut! |
$95.00 |
 |
As New, Birch, 2 for - Take advantage of this offer while Fred is still sleeping, totally unaware that they are not making any more of these 50-yr old like-new stocks! (What a dope!) |
$175.00 |
 |
As New, Springfield Armory, Walnut M14 Rifle Stock - TEMP OUT OF STOCK! - For nearly 200 years, Springfield Armory served the nation, turning out firearms in time of need, and doing a good job of it, upholding a tradition of quality. In WW2, they made the best M1 Garands... Arguably, it is likely they made the best M14s, with only TRW as a possible competitor. Now you can own a genuine, made-at-Springfield-Armory-in-1959/60-US-GI-M1-Rifle-Stock. The best, the most authentic M14 military stock there is. Designed by the government, made by the government, owned by the government - no other manufacturer has nearly the claim of being truly the most authentic M14, and these stocks are them. Nearly 50 years old, yet as fresh as if made yesterday, probably never out of the original packing box until Uncle caused it to be taken out, the barreled action removed and crunched, and salvaged the stock for surplus.
Bet he is sorry now. But his loss is your gain, because it means you can have one of these stocks for your rifle. Not an unlimited quantity available, as you can imagine. Has all the defining characteristics of the Springfield-made stock - the dimple ferule and serifed P that indicates Springfield manufacture. TEMP OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER |

As New, Synthetic, w/exc-as new buttplate - BACK IN (TEMP) STOCK - TEMP BACK IN STOCK! An as new stock with an exc-as new buttplate (most of the buttplates will be as new - a nice combination, nearly as good-lookin as the Presentation Grade, at far less the cost! BACK IN STOCK! |
$105.00 |
 |
As New, Walnut - The traditional wood. Original military walnuts are getting hard to find in good condition. Minor storage dings only. Metal is as new with original buttplate. |
$125.00 |
 |
Exc-As New, Synthetic, w/used buttplate - Most of them appear to be unissued or, if issued, unused. Most have a few storage marks, most of which will wipe off... With used (finish wear, otherwise good-excellent), buttplate |
$75.00 |
 |
Exc-As New, Synthetic, w/Vg-exc buttplate - TEMP BACK IN STOCK! - The stock originally intended for the M14 - stronger than wood, waterproof. Tighter fit means greater accuracy. Military brown. Most of them appear to be unissued or, if issued, unused. With VG-excellent or better buttplate. |
$85.00 |
 |
Rare, Synthetic, Smooth Side - Rare Early Smooth-Sided - the very first synthetic, a true piece of M14 history, NO checkering, glossy finish, slightly thicker through the pistol grip - but used. So RARE you have probably never seen one. With buttplate, naturally! While this stock is NOT as-new, because of its rarity, it deserves better than to be put in the used category. I have never seen one that has not seen considerable use. Yet these are the pick of the lot, and some of these will approach VG-Exc. Even the worse will grade Good. |
$125.00 |
 |
Stubbs, excellent - as new - $6 ea or 3/$15 - A shame - nearly new or new stocks, cut up for parts. But you get a nice piece of wood to do your woodworking on, a nice cut-out comb to glue or otherwise attach to your existing stock, to get that higher comb you need when using a scope. Order 3/$15, so you have a couple of spares to practice with. |
$6.00 |
 |
Stubs - THREE M14 Stock Rear Halves - geat for practice or scopes - The rear halves of M14 stocks, cut just behind the stock liner. You get the butt, sans buttplate, to a point about 3" forward of the pistol grip. Good to practice inletting, use as a base for telephoto photography, turn into an interesting pair of bookends, use as a paperweight at work for a conversation piece, practice refinishing (try different finishes), maybe the best use: band-saw out the comb to attach to your scope-sighted M1A to get the extra cheek support you need, or makes a good wood mallet. Know one guy who makes wood pencils out of the butts. You get three (3) for ten bucks, so if you mess up the first time, you have two spares. Some will be well-used, others excellent. Your choice of Birch or Walnut. May be able to supply in quantity at quantity pricing. Email... |

Springfield Armory M14 Rifle Stocks
***SORRY, OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - WE WILL HAVE MORE IN THE FUTURE*** Springfield Armory was begun under George Washington as the nation's first major arsenal, and turned out rifles for our army until the great and wonderful Democrats shut it down in 1968.
Maybe it was good that it shut down, as it certainly did on high note, rifle-wise, as the rifle last in production, the M14, is arguably the best rifle ever issued to our forces.
Springfield was known for quality. Even in the high-pressure-to-produce days of WW2, they maintained quality at a level no commercial competitor could equal.
If I had my choice of M14s, I would take any - they would all be good - but the first one I would pick would be one made by Springfield.
Best quality? Made by Uncle Sam? Yes sir - that would be the one...
So we cannot furnish the entire rifle, but we can give you a genuine, original SA-manufactured rifle.
Each of these rifles will have the dimple ferrule and the serifed-P proof mark of a real SA stock.
Most of the SA stocks, so far as we can tell, were walnut. But you sometimes find a birch, probably a periodic test run to verify that in an emergency, birch would process as well as walnut...
So pick one of these stocks, and pick a piece of American history.
Walnut from 50 years ago, walnut like it is hard to find, these days...
Turning your M1A into a piece of the American Tradition...

Excellent
"Used, but nicely" Excellent original GI M14 stocks with used buttplates. Will fit any millspec M14 type semiauto, including Chinese. Excellent, Big Red WALNUT - BACK IN STOCK! Whoa, Nellie! Big Reds are Birch, arent they Fred? Yep, they are, but in the thousands of M14 stocks we found a few where they were turning out Big Reds, but someone slipped up and fed in a walnut blank or two, so that you have the same extra-thick pistol grip as the Big Red, but in walnut. Like the Big Reds, these are usually unmarked. HTF!!!! Some of these have been refinished by Uncle Sam to EXCELLENT or better; some are original military with the usual bumps showing some use... Indicate which you prefer - if no indication, we select whichever looks best! |

Excellent, Birch - Do not be fooled by the low price. For not much more than you used to pay for an M14 buttplate, you get the buttplate AND a nice birch stock. In addition, it has the proper DoD and P stamps of an authentic GI M14 rifle stock. |

RARE! Military markings! - For you collectors - or if you simply want a stock that makes your M1A stand out from all the others in the rifle rack at your range - I have found several dozen walnut stocks in as-new/ExcellentPlus condition, each of which has a two point five inch by three point five inch cloth ID glued to the right butt, with either A, B, C, or H & S company, plus a rack number. The cloth has been dyed or stained a dark flat red and is neatly cut and applied in such a fashion that you do not have to worry about it coming off. Original military-marked M14 stocks in this condition are HTF. This is a chance to get a piece of practical history. ***SORRY, OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - WE WILL HAVE MORE IN THE FUTURE*** Some obviously returned from VN or Berlin, where M14s were flown in during the 1961 Berlin crisis, and saw considerable garrison service afterward. GI synthetic M14 rifle stocks, strong and waterproof, to which we added a textured and camo'ed finish, with matching solid handguard, with filled-in selector cutout, and all metal.
We used to sell these by the hundred, but as our supply of synthetic stocks shrank, stopped camo-ing them.
Having just cleaned up the warehouse, a few popped up in obscure corners. This is the last of our remaining supply. Please give second choice in case your first choice is not available.
SORRY, TEMP UNAVAILABLE. WE SHOULD HAVE A FEW MORE IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS...

Cherry Look Birch - SORRY, OUT OF STOCK
***SORRY, OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - WE WILL HAVE MORE IN THE FUTURE*** With that nice reddish orange look, like the rare cherry, but without the hundreds of dollars extra cost. Don't overlook an outstanding stock which is 20% stronger than walnut, and beats it on looks! With buttplate. Most seem to be late replacement stocks, so no DOD and - usually - no P. Note: These are standard M14 rifle stocks, NOT M14E2 stocks.
M14E2 Birch
You can look for teeth on your pet chicken with better hope than finding one of these babies! Complete with all metal, including fold down front handgrip. Rubber buttpads in exc/new condition. Experience shooting a straight line pistol grip stock to tame your M1A in rapid fire. (The metal for these stocks has become very hard to find, especially the front handgrip.)

Walnut, M14E2 - SORRY, TEMP OUT OF STOCK! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! HOPE TO FIND SOME MORE IN THE FUTURE! IF YOU HAVE ORDERED ONE, WE WILL GET ONE TO YOU. PATIENCE! THANKS. Refinished, sometimes by Uncle Sam, sometimes here at Freds (about the only time we refinish a stock!). Those done by Uncle Sam are typical military-refinished, and you may want to do the extra 5% to make them really look good. Those done by us are gonna look pretty good as-is when you get them... Complete with all the hardware which is used, but VG-EXC in condition. |

Walnut, M14E2, Grade 2 - SORRY, TEMP OUT OF STOCK! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! HOPE TO FIND SOME MORE IN THE FUTURE! Do it yourself Walnuts - You refinish. These are typical heavily-used service stocks that will work fine on your rifle as-is, but most people are going to want to refinish them. The few we have refinished come out looking great, but it takes a bit of skill (and elbow grease) to get that outcome. Free refinishing instructions included. |

Rare Collector M14 Rifle Stocks
Anytime you go through a 100+ thousand M14 stocks, you are going to find some oddities, like the double-stamped DoD, or the DoD stamped on the WRONG side of the stock (only one found, so far). But sometimes you find stocks, maybe only a few dozen, that Uncle Sam was trying to do something with. Like the wrapped stocks, taped up with fiberglass and coated with resin. It is pretty clear this was an attempt to strengthen wood stocks for service use. (Since most do not have grenade launching sights, it is unlikely it was done for grenade-launching purposes.) Every so often, we will be adding stocks in this category, including some unit-marked stocks!

Fiberglass-Reinforced Wood Stocks - BACK IN STOCK! - Specially-strengthened for service use, these stocks were wrapped in tape and glassed for strength. The wrapping varies somewhat. A few are wrapped only around the front swivel and the pistol grip, but the vast majority are wrapped from the front swivel back to the pistol grip. In theory, these are gonna be the strongest non-epoxied M14 wood stock. While the stocks themselves are used, and would grade out generally about Very Good, they appear to have been unissued since wrapped, and therefore are closer to EXC condition. Buttplates, as you might expect, are used condition. Never saw these stocks described anywhere. If you have more info on them, please email. |

Glassed But Not Wrapped Wood M14 Rifle Stock - ***SORRY, OUT OF STOCK - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER - WE WILL HAVE MORE IN THE FUTURE*** Another rare variation - of a variation! A few stocks which were simply coated in a tough clear fiberglass resin finish, some like the wrapped stocks - only from the front swivel to the pistol grips - others from stem to stern. In addition, a few were then painted. Indicate your preference - painted or plain - in the comments box of the shopping cart. Gd-VG |

Grenade-launching M14 Rifle Stock - The M14 grenade launcher was little-used, as the M203 grenade launcher came soon after the M14, and would have eliminated any need to launch grenades from M14, being far more accurate and a lot faster to use. These stocks, mostly birch, have had the grenade sights removed, but have the proper holes for mounting the sights on the left side of the stock. Somewhere in the warehouse, we have some sights, which, if we ever find them, we will throw in a sight, free, but you will have to dig up the wood screws to mount them with. Meantime, these stocks, an interesting rare collectible, range in condition from VG (mostly refinished by Uncle Sam, which is when the sights were no doubt removed) to Good condition. |

Painted Fiberglass-wrapped M14 Stock - *** TEMPORARILY BACK IN STOCK *** As above, but painted, after wrapping, in a medium-dark brown, close to the color of the GI synthetic stock. Believe this was done to make them match a units already-issued synthetic stocks. Seems to be no other reason to paint them! Appear unused after painting. |
$35.00 |
 |
Painted Synthetic Stock - SORRY - OUT OF STOCK [TEMP, I HOPE]! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER! Synthetic stocks to which a coat of MUD RED brown paint has been applied by Uncle Sam. The stocks appear to be excellent or better before being painted. The only reason to paint them, then, would be to make them match the painted wood stocks for the annual inspections. How about that? Synthetics stocks painted so they look like synthetic stocks! Most appear to have been at least excellent or better before they were painted...
For some reason, these tend to sell out fast... |
$45.00 |
 |
Plain Wood Painted M14 Rifle Stock - Like the painted fiberglass-wrapped stocks, same color, but simply a plain wood stock to which a coat of the paint was applied. Your guess is as good as mine, but probably an attempt by a unit with mainly synthetic stocks to make the wood stocks match the synthetics, in order to earn points in the annual unit inspection. Why else? Mostly in Gd-VG |

Viet Nam M14 Stocks - Some stocks have that been-there, done-that look, with evidence of extensive hard use, and dirt (usually red) engrained in every corner of the stock. These stocks have definitely been there, in the woods, and seen the bear, and fired lots of shots in short periods of time. If you would like an authentic relic of that long-ago period, here is the chance to get a piece of history for a song, complete with well-used, original web sling, and an authentic well-used handguard! |

Drill Team M14 Rifle Stocks, EXC-As New, in lots of 14, priced per each - $30 each! Drill Team stocks are the same as the Big Red birch stocks listed individually above, cut to the same heavier pattern, especially through the pistol grip area, a place likely to break under extreme use. Combine the extra thickness in this area with the extra strength of birch, and you have a tough stock which will withstand the considerable abuse of constant practice by a drill team, which is why we sell them in quantity as Drill Team Stocks . With these stocks you get lightly-used Excellent/as-new stocks. In the military, these were replacement stocks, so none have any stamped markings. Since the old buttplate was transferred to the new stock on replacement, the buttplates all show typical service use. In the main catalog, the Big Red stocks are Drill Team Stocks. Order in multiples of 14 stocks to get this price. (You may mix n match with other stocks in this category, so long as the quantity is a multiple of 14. Thanks.) |

Walnut/Birch M14 Rifle Stocks, As-New (refinished) - Refinished by Uncle Sam, formerly priced at $50 each - now $25 each! The wood may have very minor dings from storage and packing. Buttplates are usually repainted by Uncle Sam, but sometimes not. Mixed Walnut and Birch. As a wood, birch is about 20% stronger than walnut, more resistant to dings, less subject to cracking. For ALL Walnut, or ALL Birch, add $5 per stock. (You may mix and match with other stocks in this category, so long as the quantity is a multiple of 14. Thanks.)

Wood M14 Rifle Stocks, Very Good, With buttplates, in lots, price $18 each - $18 each? Good Grief, Fred - are you nuts? Only $16 bucks each for some pretty nice stocks (less buttplates)? Just a few more dings than an excellent stock would have. (The difference between these and the SelectPLus stocks is that the SelectPluses have all the markings, and have not been refinished.) Some or all have been refinished by Uncle Sam, and all the markings are gone. A few are truly excellent, like a car with 15 or 20,000 miles, but just dinged up from the parking lot excessively. A mix of walnut and birch. For all walnut or all birch(add $18/dozen), indicate ALL WALNUT or ALL BIRCH in the COMMENTS box of the SHOPPING CART.(You may mix and match with other stocks in this category, so long as the quantity is a multiple of 14. Thanks.) |
